The project does away with hard separations between what is exhibition space, what is event space, what is parking space, what is shop space, and what is circulation area. Instead, everything can be anything.
A ramp is a thoroughfare for display, a red carpet. Parking space can become the site of a dinner party or a book launch. Different cars can be displayed in different levels of the building.
Area especially fitted for mechanical repair can also double up as a music venue. Cars can partake in the clubbing in the garden. A drive-in theater can be installed in the rooftop. There really is no limitation. As such, the floor areas per activity are approximate.
